PURPOSE:To precisely control the printing quality of an electrophotographic device. CONSTITUTION:A toner concentration detection means 2 which is disposed in a developing part 1 and which detects the concentration of toner in the developing part 1, at least one toner attaching quantity detection means 4 which is arranged by being faced to the surface of a photosensitive drum 3 and which detects the attaching quantity of the toner attached on the surface of the drum 3, and a printing quality control means 5 which regulates the concentration of the toner in the developing part 1 to be the prescribed concentration based on the detected value of the concentration of the toner by the detection means 2 and controls the printing quality based on the detected value of the toner attaching quantity by the detection means 4 are provided. Besides, a toner attaching quantity increase means 6 which increases the attaching quantity of the toner attached on the surface of the drum 3 in the prescribed area of the surface of the drum 3 is provided. Then, the attaching quantity of the toner attached on the surface of the drum 3 by the increase means 6 is detected by the detection means 4. |
