PURPOSE:To enhance the positioning accuracy of a drum and distance accuracy between the drum and a developing roll with a simple constitution and to reduce the uneven rotation or the vibration of the drum. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a direct driving motor for driving the shaft 80 of the drum 61, and the rotary shaft of the motor and a drum shaft 80 are made common, then the drum shaft 80 is left in a device main body. An image forming module 5 is drawn out to the outside of the device main body by a rail 30 installed on an image forming frame 51 integrated with a developing device 50. The module 5 is drawn out and a drum/cleaner unit 60 is allowed to slide in the shaft direction of the drum 61 by a specified distance to be integrated with the frame 51. Thereafter, a stopper 67 is attached to the front side of the frame 51 to fix the unit 60. Furthermore, the tip of the drum shaft 80 is supported by a bearing 66 attached to a front support 20. |
