<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a container which is high in gas permeability and softness to be suitable for preserving platelet for a long time by forming the container from a copolymer composition of polyethylene with a specified density and a specified thermoplastic elastomer or a base material mainly composed thereof. CONSTITUTION:A container for preserving platelet is formed as desired by using a copolymer composition of polyethylene with a density of below 0.92g/cm<3>, preferably, 0.89-0.92g/cm<3> and a thermoplastic elastomer of a polystyrene system or a base material mainly composed thereof. The polyethylene employs linear low-density polyethylene having an alpha-olefin as copolymer component preferably. The thermoplastic elastomer employs one or two copolymer compositions selected from the group consisting of a block copolymer of polystyrene and an ethylene-propylene copolymer, polystyrene, and an ethylene-butylene copolymer preferably.</p> |
