摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To shorten the re-cycle time and to improve the productivity by a method wherein the thickness of the edge part of an discharge port is increased to a value higher than that of other spot and the port edge part is formed in a hollow state. CONSTITUTION:An armor case body 3 of an air conditioner having a long discharge port 1 is formed such that the thickness of a port edge part 2 of the discharge port 1 is increased to a value higher than that of other spot and the port edge part is formed in a hollow state. Usually, a blade for changing a wind direction and an opening and closing door are attached to the discharge port 1. Thus, since a hollow part 4 is formed in the edge part 2 of the discharge port 1, a sink mark is prevented from formation, the decrease of weight can be achieved, and a re-cycle time for molding especially a cooling time can be shortened. Further, formation of the hollow part 4 enables the increase of the thickness of the edge part 2 of the discharge port 1 and the increase of strength. Since the increase of thickness enables the increase of a draft, fluidity of resin is improved, mold release is facilitated and thus, the productivity is improved.</p>
