PURPOSE:To provide a multi-colored noodle food having multiple colors and nourishing effect and provide a process for the preparation of the food. CONSTITUTION:Each noodle string of the objective noodle food is composed of a laminate of two or more noodle layers having different colors. Vegetable powder is used for producing noodle layers having different colors. The multi-colored noodle strings are produced by preparing two or more kinds of noodle dough composed mainly of wheat flour, mixing colored powder into the noodle dough while leaving one of the noodle dough without mixing the colored powder or mixing colored powders having different colors to respective noodle dough, rolling the noodle dough to form two or more flat noodle strips having different colors, stacking the strips and cutting the laminate into strings. |
