PURPOSE:To enable the uniform supply of cereal flour constantly at a stable rate. CONSTITUTION:The space in a hopper 12 for storing cereal flour P is divided with a partition plate 14 into an upper storage part 12a and a lower storage part 12b and supported with a supporting bed 16 having a cereal flour dropping port 17. Cereal flour falling from the upper storage part through an opening 14a of the partition plate is supplied at a definite rate with a rotary driving mechanism 18 placed in the lower storage part between the supporting bed and the partition plate. The rotary driving mechanism 18 is constructed of a stirring member 22 having a stirring rod 23 placed close to the upper storage part via the partition plate, a rotor 20 for synchronously rotating the stirring member, plural rotary fingers 21 consisting of plate spring members protruded from the outer circumference of the rotor at regular spacings to form measures 21a having definite volume and protruded pieces 25, 25 contacting with the rotary finger passing above the cereal flour dropping port of the supporting bed. |
