<p>PURPOSE:To improve the working environment in a foundry, contribute to the pollution countermeasure in the whole foundry, suitably cope with the generated odor without using a large scale of deodorizing equipment and reduce the deodorizing cost by executing the deodorization in an odor generating source. CONSTITUTION:Gas suction layer is arranged in molding flasks for a cope 2 and a drag 4 in an organic self-curing mold and the gas suction layer is connected with a gas exhaust passage in the outer part. On the other hand, on the way of the gas exhaust passage, a vacuum pump 8, compressor 10, accumulator 12 and deodorizing device 14 are arranged in order from the upstream side. By sucking action of the vacuum pump 8, the odor or the gas generated from molding sand at the time of pouring molten metal are guided into the gas exhaust passage, and after compressing by the compressor 10, the odor or the gas is allowed to flow into the deodorizing device 14 through the accumulator 12. Further, the odor or the gas is stayed in the deodorizing device 14 until the pressure in the deodorizing device 14 reaches to a specified pressure.</p> |
