PURPOSE:To obtain a gearcup transmission with a lock phenomenon eliminated. CONSTITUTION:An inner gear 4 arranged coaxially with an outer gear 2 with inner teeth and plural planetary gears 6 meshing with the outer gear 2 with inner teeth are arranged. A medium passage forming member 7 pivoting this planet gear 6 and forming a medium passage part 8 by providing a minute gap between the periphery of the planetary gears 6, the inner periphery of the outer gear 2 with the inner teeth and the periphery of the inner gear 4 is inserted inside the outer gear 2 with the inner teeth. Teeth 14 pivoting the shaft of the planatary gears 6 by a medium passage air-tight member 21 and also sliding on the periphery of the outer gear 2 with the inner teeth are arranged in one body. A differential medium is filled in the medium passage 8 shut tightly by a medium passage air-tight member 21. Thereby, this device can be differentiated by the combination of the input torque to the teeth 14, a torque for rotating the outer gear with the inner teeth, a torque for rotating the planetary gears, a shearing force and a liquid resistance by the viscosity of the differential medium and a torque for rotating the inner gear.
