<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality uniform product by revolving a specific cylinder having liquid permeability in a pickling tank charged with a picking solution, inserting a raw material into the cylinder and preserving the raw material with the solution. CONSTITUTION:A pickling solution is supplied to a pickling tank 1 and a raw material is constantly fed to a cylinder 5 having liquid permeability proportionally. The cylinder is revolved in the pickling tank and a product is taken out from the opposite side of a raw material feed opening. The cylinder is equipped with spirals 13 for transporting raw material at given pitches and raw material pressing members 14 are laid between the spirals at given intervals.</p> |
