<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a latticed rack framework easily by using a pipe connecting a multi-directional joint(MD) and a joint. CONSTITUTION:MDs 1 are arranged in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the upper stage side. Arbitrary cross pipes 6 are inserted and connected and fixed among joints on the lateral insides of the MDs 1. Reinforcing joints 3 for reducing the sinking of longitudinal pipes 2 are penetrated and fastened at the intermediate positions of the same longitudinal pipes 2 as the cross pipes 6 in the longitudinal direction. The joint sections are inserted and fixed simultaneously on the longitudinal insides of the MDs 1. The arbitrary sections of cable support bars 14 installed for receiving the load of the undersides of cables by planes are fastened onto the longitudinal top faces of the MDs 1 at regular pitches, thus forming basic constitution. The basic constitution is assembled previously and vertical pipes 5 are connected and fastened among the MDs 1 of upper and lower stage cables and the joints on the vertical insides of the reinforcing joints 3 in order to conduct multistage stacking, thus manufacturing a multistage cable rack.</p> |
