PURPOSE:To surely prevent the suction of blood cell by stopping the suction of plasma or serums when a detection electrode with a lower end protruded from a first suction nozzle detects the surface of the blood cell while the plasma or serums are sucked through suction nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The impedance between a first and second suction nozzles 4 and 5 measured while a holder 7 is lowered changes when each nozzle reaches plasma or serums 2. The voltage value obtained by converting 13 the impedance is compared 14 and 15 with set values X and Y. When the voltage value is equal to the set value X, namely, when the voltage value is equal to the voltage of the plasma or serums 2, the voltage value is inputted to a CPU 9 and the CPU 9 stops the lowering of the holder 7 after a prescribed period of time has elapsed. Then, the CPU 9 actuates a first suction driving section 11 and the nozzle 4 sucks the plasma or serums 2. In such a state, the impedance between the nozzle 4 and a detection electrode 6 is measured and compared with a set value W after the impedance is converted 16 into a voltage value. As a result, the CPU 9 judges that the nozzle 4 will suck blood cell 3 and stops the plasma or serum sucking operation of the nozzle 4 by controlling the deriving section 11 when the front end of the electrode protruded downward from the nozzle 4 by a prescribed dimension L is detected reaching the blood 3. |
