发明名称 POSITION MEASURING DEVICE AND METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure a position accurately regardless of occurrence of rolling revolution without being affected by external magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Three-axis optical fiber gyros 1, 2, and 3 which cross at right angle one another are laid out in a driving body 6. One-axis optical fiber gyro 1 is used for rolling angle for detection and the pitching angle and the yawing angle which are detected by other two-axis optical fiber gyros 2 and 3 are compensated by the detected rolling angle to calculate an azimuth and a dip, thus detecting the position of the driving body 6 according to the azimuth and the dip and the driving distance of the driving body 6.
