PURPOSE:To prevent the accumulation of garbage in the vicinity of a drain port and the generation of a malodor by more finely grinding garbage as compared with a conventional type even when the drain port is provided sideways and allowing ground garbage to smoothly flow. CONSTITUTION:The lower peripheral wall of a main body 3 is constituted of a conical guide wall 18 guiding the garbage ground by the cylindrical fixed blade 8 provided in the main body 3 and the grinding jig 11 supported on the upper surface of a rotary plate 10 toward a drain port 17 and the lower rotary blade 19 re-grinding the garbage guided by the guide wall 18 is attached to the rear surface of the rotary plate 10.
