PURPOSE:To improve molding and cording workability by mounting a molding protector on the holder on the wiring diagram of a biaxial direction standard, linking U-shaped groove in the same direction, making them assume an interconnected posture and removing them from a jig. CONSTITUTION:Molding protectors 2A, 2B are mounted on the holding jig 11 at a prescribed position of the wiring drawing board 10 of a biaxial direction standard and then, a coupling piece 7 is put on the bottom face 4 of the side of a part to be connected and lightly held down with a finger tip so that a locking pawl 6 is fitted in a locking hole 5 to be attached thereto. Next, the protectors 2A, 2B are connected so as to become a substantially integrated protector so that the U-shaped grooves 3 of both the protectors are set in a relative posture of the biaxial direction standard where the U-shaped grooves 3 are linked in the same direction. Thereafter, a group of wires are installed at these molding protectors 2A, 2B to perform the ordinary wiring harness work for taping a wiring bandle 9 and installing connectors. Then, a wire group is installed at the protectors 2A, 2B and the wire bundle 9 is taped and connectors are installed thereto. Thereafter, the protectors are removed from the holding jig 11 so that the manufacture of wiring harness is completed. |
