PURPOSE:To reduce sender's operation for generating mails for every destination which differ in receivable data type and to utilize mails by sending data which are converted to receivers. CONSTITUTION:A mail constitution/transmission part 14 refers to an destination address control table 13, and constitutes and transmits a mail after the data type is converted by a data conversion part 15 at need. An input/output part 12 consists of an input device such as a keyboard and a mouse and an output device such as a display unit and a user displays and generates a mail and sets and displays the destination address control table.
