PURPOSE:To reduce the RAM capacity of a comb line filter for cogging control. CONSTITUTION:An FG signal is 1/5 divided by a 1/5 division circuit 20. Based on the 1/5-divided FG signal, the speed survo data due to 1/5 low-frequency sampling is made by a speed detection circuit 18. Then, that speed survo data is passed through a tandem type filter 22. The thus obtained speed survo data due to low-frequency sampling is synthesized with the speed survo data which was made by usual high-frequency sampling in the speed detection circuit 16. The RAM capacity of the comb line filter 22 required for responding to the FG signal divided by the 1/5 division circuit 20 is 8 bytes, 1/5 the conventional 40 bytes. |
