<p>PURPOSE:To produce a resin fuel tank having a buffle by a reduced number of processes without reducing the inner volume to a large extent as compared with a conventional container having no buffle even when the buffle is provided in the tank by integral molding and using a core material. CONSTITUTION:Freely protruding and retreating slide cores 35 are provided to the mutually opposed opening parts 32a, 32b of a mold 31 and cooling pipes 40 freely slidable in the moving direction of the slide cores 35 are provided to the slide cores 35 and a parison 45 is provided in the mold 31 to be expanded and the cooling pipes 40 and the slide cores 35 are simultaneously moved into the mold 31 to be welded to the parison and only the slide cores 35 are slid to the outside of the mold 31 and, at the time of the curing of a resin after blow molding, a cooling medium is passed through the cooling pipes 40 to cool buffle parts and, thereafter, the cooling pipes 40 are slid to the outside of the mold 31 to mold the buffle parts.</p> |
