PURPOSE:To correct the winding trend of a thermoplastic resin sheet within a short time without generating thermal deformation inferiority by heating the thermoplastic resin sheet to temp. lower than secondary transition temp. under specific tension to pass the heated sheet through a plurality of guide rollers. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin sheet 2 composed of a vinyl chloride resin wound around a winding core 1 is delivered, for example, at a speed of 40m/min while tension of 0.5-10kg/cm<2> pref., 5kg/cm<2> is applied to the sheet. This sheet is passed through a heating roller 3 and heated to temp. 20-40 deg.C lower than the secondary transition temp. of the thermoplastic resin, for example, to 65 deg.C by a heating means 4 to be passed through a plurality of guide rolls 5. The heated sheet is passed through cooling rolls 6 to obtain a sheet 7 from which a winding trend is removed. By this constitution, the winding trend of the sheet can be corrected within a short time without generating thermal deformation inferiority and the sheet 7 having no winding trend can be easily obtained. |
