CONSTITUTION:A plurality of high-voltage applying sections 201, 202, 203...20N are connected in series, and the series connective of the high-voltage applying sections 201, 202, 203...20N is connected to a control section 30. An operation signal from the control section 30 is transmitted over successively adjacent high-voltage applying sections at the succeeding stages, and high voltage is applied to all dust collecting elements 101, 102, 103...10N. When abnormality is generated in all dust collecting elements 101-10N, an abnormal signal is transmitted to the control section 30 through successively adjacent high-voltage applying sections at pre-stages, and the application of high voltage to all dust collecting elements 101-10N is stopped. |
