PURPOSE:To locate the optical axis of X-rays emitted from an X-ray source of a spot convergence camera device precisely identical to the optical axis of an X-ray optical system. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal reflector 3 is fixed onto a base table 8. On this table 8, an assist base 17 which can rotate, i.e., tilt, in the guide planes P, Q in the form of a circular arc centering on a horizontal axis alpha passing the X-ray reflex surface of this reflector 3, is placed. On the assist base 17 is furnished an X-ray optical system consisting of a vertical reflector 4, diffusion preventive slit 5, specimen 7, and film 6. The assist base 17 is tilted round the axis alphaby adjusting a screw 18 installed at the right end of the assist base 17. Thereby the optical axis of the X-ray optical system on a movable base 13 can be put identical accurately to the optical axis of X-rays reflected by the horizontal reflector 3. |
