<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tape winder capable of winding a tape without a calibration roller. CONSTITUTION:An edited tape 1 is wound around a supply reel 2 and the outer peripheral end of the tape 1 is fixed on a take-up reel 4 through a tape path. An encoder 14 outputting a pulse corresponding to the rotation of a supply motor 3 is provided, data which are the piece length and the number of pieces of the tape 1 are inputted by an operation part 9, then data inputted preliminarily such as the tape thickness based on the inputted data and the diameter of the hub of the supply reel are fetched and the data necessary for tape traveling is calculated from these data and the inputted data. A CPU 8 controls the supply motor 3 and a take-up motor 5 based on the respective data and the rotational data of the encoder 14.</p> |
