<p>PURPOSE:To apply raising treatment to natural rubber being a substrate in high flocking density by providing an anchor coat layer and an acrylic adhesive layer on the natural rubber substrate and flocking the adhesive layer with piles. CONSTITUTION:When raising treatment is applied to the inner surfaces of working gloves or boots molded using natura rubber, a natural rubber substrate is immersed in an emulsion having compatibility with both of a substrate layer and an adhesive layer selected from a urethane resin emulsion, a modified emulsion or an epoxy resin emulsion and the coated substrate is dried to form an anchor coat layer. Next, the coated substrate is immersed in an acrylic adhesive and, after drying, this substrate is flocked with piles by an electrostatic flocking method applying high voltage of about 30000 V to obtain a densely flocked product. As the piles used in flocking, a rayon or cotton fiber with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 denier and a length of 0.3-1.0mm is used.</p> |
