<p>PURPOSE:To provide a foldable type corrugated fiberboard box with partitions, which consists of a single member, and the manufacture and storage costs of which can be low as much sa possible, which can be easily and quickly folded into a box form, and can drastically save the labor and cost for the assembly. CONSTITUTION:Two lines of main folding lines A and B are drawn in parallel in the width direction of a corrugated fiberboard at a specified interval, at the center in the longitudinal direction of a rectangular corrugated fiberboard 100. A cut C for a cut-and-raised part and a folding line D for a cut-and-raised part to form longitudinal side walls 2A, 2B in a cut-and-raised form are provided between both main folding lines A and B. On respective outsides of the main folding lines, an external lateral side wall 1, internal lateral side wall 5, box bottom surface 6 and partition 7 are continuously provided in this order by a folding line for double folding F, and parallel folding lines G and H. At the same time, at both side ends of the partition 7, a fastening piece 7a is provided by extending, and in addition, a notch 8 for fitting is provided on the longitudinal side walls 2A, 2B, at a location which interferes with the fastening piece 7a when the rectangular corrugated fiberboard is folded along the previous mentioned respective folding lines and formed into a box form with partitions.</p> |
