The optical transmitter ( epsilon ) with the signal light of reduced degree of polarization and optical depolarizing circuit using the optical source depolarization technology, which optical transmitter ( epsilon ) is comprising the optical source means (1) for transmitting a signal light source, and the degree of polarization reducing means (2) for suppressing below a certain degree of polarization the signal light source output from said optical source means (1) and for providing a signal light of reduced degree of polarization.
