The seed hopper (17) is mounted on share rail (50) and is moved parallel to same back to filling position when share rail is stationary. Hopper is loosely supported on support frame at least in operating position and by means of movable links (35). The pneumatic conveyor (24) and seed pipes (31) can be moved with hopper or hopper can be separated structurally from conveyor so that only hopper part moves whilst part of conveyor remains in operating position. This keeps masses being moved to minimum. USE/ADVANTAGE - CG is near tractor when hopper is in operating position but near ground for filling and emptying. Inspection of dosing elements is also easier.
