A fluorocarbon polymer selected from (a) homopolymers of trifluorochloroethylene, (b) copolymers of trifluorochloroethylene with vinylidene fluoride, and (c) terpolymers of trifluorochloroethylene, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene, is sealed to an epoxy adhesive by positioning the epoxy adhesive adjacent the fluorocarbon polymer and maintaining the resultant assembly at a temperature within the range 20 to 220 DEG C for 1/2 to 24 hours. The epoxy adhesive may evidence a surface tension less than 35 dynes/cm. The epoxy adhesive may comprise a mixture of the diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A and diethylaminopropylamine.
