A roundel is cut from the initial material from which a calicle is formed, which by cold-drawing is worked into a tube (2) with bottom (1) with transition radius, whereupon a dry impact charge (3) is poured into the tube (2) and using pressure the cartridge head (7) is formed with concurrent pressing in of the dry charge (3) in the peripheral mate of the cartridge head (7) or the cartridge head (7) is formed first and a wet impact charge is inserted and positioned in the cartridge head (7) by centrifuging or jarring. The bottom (1) of the tube (2) is formed in the inner space of the tube (2).
