The device is made up of a perpendicular lead column (13) on which there is a sliding support (11), including a swivel hollow mandrel (2) fitted with a binding finger (19). On the support (11) there is also a hop vine (1) clamp (5). In the upper section of the lead column (13) there is slide fitted comb (6) with a pawl (10) in engagement with its lower end. The pawl (10) is fixed to the support (11), which results in release of the comb (6). A pinion (18) is in engagement with the comb (6), which is firmly connected through a shaft (20) with a rectifier lever (16) and bending lever (7).<IMAGE>
