DATABASE IN SWITCHING CENTRE

The accessing method is useful for real time application in electronic switching system. The method includes: (1) EDMLP (CHILL Embedded Data Manipulation Language Processor) generating the virtual database structure for an application when the retrieval command is the first one; (2) generating database management information for retrieving the entries; (3) copying the entries to the virtual database and the application program; (4) copying the entries from the virtual database to the application program when the retrieval command is not the first one; (5) generating database management information for the application program; (6) updating the virtual database when the elements in the real database are changed.
