MOVING PICTURE COMPENSATING CIRCUIT

The circuit consists of an edge detecting part for detecting the edge of brightness signals separated from the complex video signal converted to digital, a moving picture interpolating part for delaying the brightness signals by a fixed time when the brightness is for a moving picture and for generating interpolating information through the pixels desiring interpolation by evaluating the delayed time. A control switch is incorporated in the circuit for detecting the output of the moving picture interpolating part.
