PURPOSE:To provide the plant operation device which performs process control operation at proper timing without depending upon the sensation of an operator. CONSTITUTION:This plant operation device is provided with a target value input means 21 for inputting a process target value to be adjusted, a target value storage means 22 for storing the inputted target value, a required period of time calculating means 26 which calculates the required period of time till attainment to be target value from current value of a process, the flow rate of the process, and the target value, a lamp lighting control means 27 which judges operation timing for changing the operation state of process equipment 25 from the required period of till the target value I and transmits an operation guide lamp lighting signal, an operation guide lamp 28 which is lighted with the operation guide lamp lighting signal, display means 30-33 which display the target value, current value process flow rate, and the required period of time till the target value and an equipment operation means 29 with which an operation request signal is manually transmitted to the process equipment 25. |
