PURPOSE:To make the flow speed of injected flat parison constant whether at both the ends of gap or at the middle of gap by adjusting the gap between a flat die and a core. CONSTITUTION:In a flat blow molder, in which broad hollow flat parison 16 is extruded through the gap between a flat plate-like flat core 12 and a flat die 13 surrounding the core, flexible plates 14 are arranged at both the sides of the flat core 12 so as to put the core between the plates in order to constitute the flat die 13. Outside the plate 14, pressing means 18, which control the gap between the flat die 13 and the flat core 12 by pressing the plates 14 inwards, are provided. Further, the pressing means 18 may well be constituted by a plurality of press bars 19, which are provided at intervals to the width direction of the plate 14 so as to independently actuate each press bar 19 with a controller 21. |
