PURPOSE:To reduce abrasion in synchro members, and prevent seizure by arranging the first shaft directional oil passage communicated with an oil supply source in a rotary shaft, arranging the second oil passage passing penetratingly through shaft directional both end surfaces in a coupling, and arranging a communicating oil passage which communicates both the oil passages with each other and is phase-shifted in the circumferential direction to the second oil passage in the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a shifter 17 of a reciprocal speed changer 3 is moved in the R direction, a gear 10 starts to rotate synchronously through a synchro member 42, and when the shifter 17 is moved further, the shifter 17 meshes with a spline of the gear 10 while meshing with a coupling 16, so that the coupling 16 and the gear 10 can be connected to each other. While a rotary shaft 9 is rotating, oil from an oil passage 30 communicated with an oil supply source is introduced compulsorily to an oil passage 36 of the coupling 16 through a communicating oil passage 38, and lubricates synchro members 41 and 42 from the inner circumference. In this case, since the communicating oil passage 38 is phase-shifted in the circumferential direction to the oil passage 36, the oil is not introduced immediately in the radiant direction from the communicating oil passage 38, and is spread sufficiently to radiant directional grooves 39 situated on the synchro member 41 side. |
