发明名称 PRODUCTION OF THIN HIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY GRAIN-ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the silicon steel sheet good in core loss properties and magnetization properties, at the time of manufacturing a thin high magnetic flux density grain-oriented silicon steel sheet from a silicon steel slab having a specified compsn., by specifying heating temp. and each draft of preliminary cold rolling after hot rolling and final cold rolling after annealing. CONSTITUTION:A silicon steel slab constituted of, by weight, 0.010 to 0.75% C, 2.5 to 4.5% Si, <=0.015% S, 0.015 to 0.050% acid soluble Al, <=0.010% N and 0.05 to 0.45% Mn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities is heated at <=1200 deg.C and is subjected to hot rolling. Next, this rolled stock is pickled, is thereafter subjected to preliminary cold rolling at 10 to 50% cold draft, is annealed at about 900 to 1200 deg.C for >=30sec and is subsequently subjected to final cold rolling at >=80% cold draft to regulate its sheet thickness into 0.10 to 0.25mm. Moreover, decarburizing annealing, nitriding treatment and finish annealing are executed to obtain the grain-oriented silicon steel sheet having about 1.94 to 1.95T high magnetic flux density.
