PURPOSE:To aboid any kink, discontinuity, irregular winding due to the accumulated torsion of a fine wire by a method wherein a turning gear turning a bobbin on the supply side around which the fine wire is wound by the numbers corresponding to the winding numbers in the direction until the torsion of the fine wire loosened from the bobbin is relieved is provided. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin base 15 is turned by a bobbin turning gear 16 in the direction of relieving the torsion of a wire. Next, a wire 2 is wound up around a winding bobbin 9 fitted to a turning shaft 11 in the bobbin turning gear 12 thorugh the intermediary of a dust arrester 13 fitted with a guide A4, another guide B5, a flet, etc., a main tension unit 6 tensioning the wire 2 by the frictional force acquired by holding the wire 2 by a weight plate made of a metal or ceramic and a weight base, a back tension unit 7 absorbing the abrupt tensional fluctuation in the case of the winding start time or the tying time on a terminal pin 10 and a winding nozzle 8 leading the wire 2 to the winding bobbin 9 or the terminal pin of the bobbin 9. |
