<p>PURPOSE:To correct the crosstalk between channels even if the required distance between the channels can not be kept by a method wherein the title transformer is to be composed of a resin containing soft magnetic ferrite while all or a part of the boundary part between the channels is partitioned by a non-magnetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A material composition mainly composed of iron oxide is crushed so as to adjust a slurry composition by adjusting the slurry concentration while feeding an additive to the material composition. Next, this slurry composition is dried up by spraying step for granulation. Next, this granulated slurry composition is baked while being agitated to produce ferrite powder. Next, this ferrite powder is kneaded with high molecular material to produce ferrite resin 1 as the raw material of a core. At this time, a non-magnetic resin 2 must be a non-magnetic resin used for the ferrite resin 1 or another resin different therefrom. Next, molds 3-5 are provided so as to mold the ferrite resin 1. Finally, the non-magnetic resin 2 is to be molded into a space formed by retreating the mold 5 upward.</p> |
