PURPOSE:To increase the number of vulcanizations by coating a bladder for molding and vulcanizing a tire with a release agent containing room temp. curable silicone rubber 12-40 pts.wt., a fine granular silicone resin 0.5-35 pts.wt., an inorg. powder 0.5-35 pts.wt. and a solvent 18-80 pts.wt. to form a release agent film on the surface of the bladder. CONSTITUTION:A release compsn. consisting of 12-40 pts.wt. of silicone rubber crosslinkable at room temp., 0.5-35 pts.wt. of a fine granular silicone resin, 0.5-35 pts.wt. of an inorg. powder such as mica and 18-87 pts.wt. of a solvent such as industrial gasoline is applied to a bladder to form the film of the compsn. on the surface of the bladder. By molding and vulcanizing a tire using this coated bladder, the molding and vulcanization of the tire can be repeatedly performed without using an inside paint and the molding a and the number of vulcanization of the tire can be increased to a large extent. |
