PURPOSE:To provide a stair section having high strength at a relatively low cost without damaging a floor section by constructing the lift stairs of a multi- story wooden building outside a building main body section. CONSTITUTION:A building main body section 10 is made of wood, and the whole body is formed while a recessed space 100 for installing a stair section 14 is secured in advance. The stair section 14 is made of an iron structure member separately from the building main body section 10. The stair section 14 has a very simple structure having no side wall. Thereby, the stair section 14 can be independently formed on the same foundation 17 of the building main body section 10 outside the wooden building main body section 10, the stair section 14 can be effectively utilized as an emergency path at the time of a disaster, it is made of the iron structure member, its strength is high, the manufacturing cost can be made lower than that when the whole body is made of wood, and a floor section is not damaged. |
