PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the design of film carriers for every liquid crystal panel by arraying a wiring layer on a top face on one end section side of an insulating tape at first pitches and disposing a wiring layer on a top face on the other end section side at second pitches. CONSTITUTION:A wiring layer 10 is arranged on a top face 7 on the end section 11 side of an insulating tape 1 at first pitches P0, and a wiring layer 10 is arrayed on a top face 6 on the other end section 12 side on the reverse side to the end section 11 side at second pitches P4. The wiring layer 10 is disposed at a position 3 at pitches P1, arranged at a position 4 at pitches P2 and arrayed at a position 5 at pitches P3, and these pitches differ. A wiring 42 is disposed on a film 41 in a film carrier type liquid-crystal driving IC 40, an IC chip 43 for driving a liquid crystal is connected at the tip section of the wiring 42, a tip section on the outside of the wiring 42 is arranged at pitches P0, and a liquid crystal panel 50 has a pixel wiring 52 arrayed on a substrate 51 at pitches P3. Accordingly, the wiring layer can be connected to a plurality of kinds of the liquid crystal panels by one kind of the IC for driving the liquid crystal. |
