PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic magnet composition having excellent thermal stability and the molten fluidiness with time. CONSTITUTION:The title plastic magnet composition is composed of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder of 90 to 95wt.%, an oxidation-preventing agent of 0.005 to 1.0wt.%, a coupling agent and 13 nylon. The Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder is coated with a coupling agent, and the oxidation-preventing agent consists of the mixture of hindered phenol, posphorus and tioether. |
