This amorphous alloy powder is quickely inserted into the muffle furnace an shown by the arrow M1 using a jig 8, the powder is heated up quickly, it is quickly taken out as shown by the arrow M2 and quenched, and oxidation-treated. The oxidation-treated amorphous alloy powder and the high molecular material are kneaded. As a result, the molded material, having the volume ratio of 60% or higher, can be obtained.
