A process of preparing 1H-pyrazolo [1,5-b][1,2,4] triazole compounds represented by formula (I): <IMAGE> (I) wherein R and R' independently represent H or a substituent, and X represents a coupling-off substituent, comprises subjecting an amidoxime of formula (II) <IMAGE> (II) to a cyclization reaction to obtain the compound of formula (I).
