PURPOSE:To secure a wide space on the front side of the first floor of a building by not protruding the first floor portion of a stair provided outside a wooden multi-story apartment building from the outer wall line of the building. CONSTITUTION:The first stair section 12a which is the first stair portion from the ground floor is formed to rise toward the inlet direction (outside direction) from the depth side of the stair installation area of a building, and the upper portion from the landing section 18a of a mezzanine is protruded outward from the outer wall line 200 of the building. Thereby, the first floor portion of the stair section 12 is not protruded, and the upper portion from the landing section 18a of the mezzanine is protruded outward from the outer wall line 200 of the building in an overhang type structure. No stair section 12 is protruded at the front portion of the first floor of the building, a wide space can be secured, and the wider space for the passage of people and vehicles can be secured on the front side of the building. |
