<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of dispersion of an suction efficiency between both banks, and provide a variable intake device in a V-shaped engine in which uniformalization in outputs of both the banks and reduction in excitation force are planned. CONSTITUTION:The variable intake device 1 is provided in a V-shaped engine equipped with pipe length varying mechanisms 5, 6. The device 1 is provided with one actuator 7 arranged between both intake pipes 4a, 4b, and a transmission mechanism 8 which transmits rotation of a motor output shaft to driving shafts 50, 60 of the respective pipe length variable mechanisms 5, 6 in both intake pipes so as to drive respective pipe length varying mechanisms 5, 6. An output distribution mechanism 810 which drives both pipe length varying mechanisms 5, 6 in interlocking with rotation of the motor output shaft in the same direction and quantity is provided in the transmission mechanism 8.</p> |
