PURPOSE:To always press a tape for peeling a cover tape for covering a tape by a stable force. CONSTITUTION:A peeling plate 48 is rocked at a shaft 44 as a fulcrum in a state that the shaft 44 of an opposite direction to a feeding direction of a tape 18 is rocked at the fulcrum from a sucking position P so that a suppressor 43 so presses a tape 18 that the tape 18 is not floated, and a peeling piece 53 at an end of the plate 48 is disposed at a position for pressing the tape 18, a cover tape 19 is peeled thereat, and the tape 18 is fed to the position P. |
