<p>PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic recording and reproducing device which has no special need to realize a bilingual broadcasting by automatically voice- switching in accordance with the voice modes of broadcasting received signals and reproduced signals. CONSTITUTION:When a television broadcasting receiver section 11 receives a bilingual broadcasting, it indicates to a broadcasting control section 18 that the broadcasting is in bilingual, asks a voice signal recording and reproducing control section 12 to set an L ch for main voices and an R ch for auxiliary voices and outputs them. The section 12 records voice signals from the section 11 to a video tape 13 during a voice signal recording and also outputs them to an automatic voice switching control section 16. Moreover, during a reproducing, reproduced signals from the tape 13 are transmitted to the section 16. The section 16 switches to main voices if the broadcasting is in bilingual using the control of a voice switching operation section 15 and the voice mode information from the section 18 and if it is other than a bilingual broadcasting mode, automatically puts the operations back to the original condition and transmits to an external output control section 17.</p> |
