PURPOSE:To effectively solve the problem of causing an upward camber in an IC loading plate by the push-up by a cam shaft when the IC loading plate superposed on a socket body upper surface is reciprocated by the rotation of the cam shaft to perform contact and contact release. CONSTITUTION:When a cam shaft 5a is interposed between the one-side end superposing surfaces of a socket body 3 and an IC loading plate 4, and the IC loading plate 4 is reciprocated by the rotation of the cam shaft 5a, a pressing bar 7 extending in contact with or close to the one-side end upper surface of the IC loading plate 4 is arranged, and both ends of the pressing bar 7 are supported by the socket body 3. Instead of the pressing bar 7, a pressing claw 3b may be provided on the one-side end of the socket body 3 to engage the pressing claw 3b with the one-side end upper surface of the IC loading plate 4. |
