MANDREL AND CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLDED HOSE FOR WHICH THE MANDREL IS USED

PURPOSE:To constitute a method so that an improvement in productivity can be contrived by a mandrel which can be used repeatedly as it is even if molded hoses are manufactured continuously and the molded hoses are manufactured continuously by making use of the mandrel. CONSTITUTION:The mandrel is obtained by providing a detachable joining member 4 for mutual joining of both ends of columner mandrel main body 2 having flexibility on both the ends of the mandrel main body 2. Then mandrels 1 are connected with each other through the joining member 4 by inserting the mandrels 1 into a plurality of vulcanized hoses 10 which are cut into fixed pieces, the vulcanized hose 10 is heated, embossed and cooled by pulling the mandrel at every fixed length and processes are applied repeatedly in order to the vulcanized hose 10 of the connected mandrel 1, through which a molded hose is manufactured.
