CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas line 18 of a reformer burner 4 is branched to provide a line for introducing burner exhaust gas to the catalytic layer of a carbon monoxide transformer 8 and a line 10 for returning the exhaust gas passed through the carbon monoxide transformer to the reformer burner exhaust gas line 18. At starting, the reformer burner exhaust gas is carried to the catalytic layer of the carbon monoxide transformer. |
