METHOD FOR PUPIFYING LIQUID AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To effectively remove organic dissolved matter in liquid for a period of long time by continuously and repeatedly passing an absorbing part formed in the shape of a belt and between a contact part with liquid to be treated a decomposing reaction part for decomposing the adsorbed dissolved matter. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbing part 1 formed in the shape of a belt moves by a roll-shaped drive mechanism 9 in the direction of the arrow and introduced into a contact part 6 and while it is passed through the contact part, is adsorbs organic dissolved matter in an original liquid 2. Next, the adsorbing part 1 leaving the contact part 6 is introduced into a decomposing reaction part 8 irradiated with ultraviolet rays by ultraviolet lamps 7 installed in the part 8 to decompose and remove the adsorbed organic dissolved matter in the original liquid 2. The adsorbing part 1 wherein the adsorbed organic dissolved matter has been decomposed and removed and adsorption capacity of the adsorbent regenerated is again introduced into the contact part 6 and after that the operation is repeated. Thereby organic dissolved matter in liquid is continuously and stably removed.
